1. Q.  What are your prices for shipment?
   A.  We use the air mail service of the "Post of Russia" for shipping goods to you. The prices are very competitive. We ship products all over the world. Depending on your region and the total weight of the order our shipping and handling cost will vary. Our shopping cart will calculate that when you are checking out.
   
   
2. Q.  How long does it take my order to be delivered to me?
   A.   Once you complete the processing of the credit card data your order information appears at the screen of one of our dispatchers, who initiate the assembling of your parcel. We send your purchase to the address you specified by air mail in 2 days after the order is paid, this time period is needed to verify the payment. Usually it takes the parcel from 1 to 3 weeks to reach the destination.
   
   
3. Q.  How can I pay for the order?
   A.  Currently we support automatic credit card processing method of payment. We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB. The card payment method seems to be fast, secure and favorable for customer.
   
   
4. Q.  Can I pay via a bank transfer?
   A.  Yes, you can. Please write to us the details of the order you are going to make, and we will reply with our bank account number and the description of all the procedure.

1. Returns.
   We do not accept the returns if the items returned are not in their original condition. Please, try to pack the returned purchase properly. We do not replace the items if the order has been processed and sent.
   
   
2. Timing to make a return.
   The Customer can return an order back to us within 30 days of delivery. LiveRus.COM^® guarantees a 100% refund of the cost of all the items returned. We refund the returned items immediately on receiving the return parcel from the Customer. We do not refund shipping costs either for delivery to the Customer or for back delivery of the return, if the return is not a result of our mistake.
   
   
3. Returns due to our mistake.
   We treat the Customer's claim as a result of our mistake if the articles received are defective or have damages, or if the contents of the parcel do not correspond to the packing slip. In these cases we refund shipping costs as well as the cost of the order.
   
   
4. Returns due to the Customer initiative.
   We refund the returns of the Customer is not satisfied with the order received. In this case refundable is only the cost of the items returned.
   
   
5. The Return Procedure.
